Your Precious Portrait is guaranteed for life to be free from defects due to manufacturing. To return a Precious Portrait for replacement simply return the damaged item to: Precious Portraits 110 N. Benton Street, Woodstock, IL 60098. You will receive a new pendant within 2 weeks of delivery. Dougherty Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused items.
